Crimlaw Classic: Cop Asks for ID, Man Hands Him a Taco : Only in Florida

You knew it had to be in Florida from the get go. In 2012, a Jensen Beach man allegedly passed out in his pickup under the influence while in the Taco Bell Drive through. Authorities were called when his car CAUGHT ON FIRE, apparently because he fell asleep with the foot on the accelerator while the vehicle was in park. When deputies asked him for identification, he handed them a taco. No word on whether it was soft or crunchy. He was subsequently charged with DUI, and apparently somehow avoided a charge for false identification.
