Crimcourts – my new criminal law blog

I have decided to really start blogging, to expand on the 140 character posts on my Facebook page.  I plan to use this as a forum to discuss some of the ongoing issues in Florida Criminal Law, as well as US law, and to discuss cases that are of local and national interest.  I’m a bit of a legal junkie, and have been fascinated by cases like the Trayvon Martin killing and the Foxy Knoxy acquittal in Italy.  Having argued one of the first Stand Your Ground cases in Florida, I’ll be closely following George Zimmerman’s defense in the Martin case, I’m sure.  And I’ll weigh in on the Sandusky/Penn State case before long as well.

Hopefully I can have some fun with it, and you will have some fun/learn something following it.  I will be pretty liberal with comments, but please be respectful.  I hope to hear from you.

Remember, for all your legal questions, contact the Law Office of Spencer Cordell.  You can reach me at spencercordell@hotmail.com
